Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders under $149, before taxes, are subject to a shipping fee of $20; Orders over $149, before taxes, ship free (conditions apply, see below*).

NOTE* We cannot delivered to PO Boxes.

Shipping applies to all of Canada with the exception to areas deemed to be remote or non-standard.

The postal codes listed below are deemed remote or non-standard.

Shipping applies to contiguous States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

General Terms

We are not responsible for any damaged items that have not been clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery at the time the shipment was received. By signing the Proof of Delivery, you accepted the ownership of the property in the condition it was received.

You will be provided with an order tracking number once the item(s) have been shipped from our warehouse.

 

If you’re in the Canada or the USA - no, we are shipping to you from our North America warehouse and will pay any customs duties. We do not pay local taxes (if applicable)
